Citrus fiber is a combination of soluble and insoluble fiber which extracted from orange pulp or peel. It is rich in antioxidants and acts as dietary fiber. Insoluble citrus fiber contains carotene, bioactive compounds, polyphenols and notably flavonoids which increases its demand in the processed food industry.
