Fluid lecithin is used as an emulsifier in the food and beverage industry. It is used to maintain stable emulation in between unmixable liquids. They are surface active; simultaneous hydrophilic (water-loving) and hydrophobic (water-repelling) properties enable fluid lecithin to make stable blends of materials that otherwise do not mix easily and tend to separate.
There are many sources from which fluid lecithin is extracted such as soy, rapeseed, sunflower, and others. There are many nutritional benefits associated with fluid lecithin. Soy, sunflower contains a higher extractable level of fluid lecithin. Fluid lecithin has many health benefits such as it improves the metabolism level of the liver, helps for good digestion and improves the immune system. Fluid lecithin acts as a good emulsifier which reduces the surface tension of unmixable liquids and allows them to mix together. Lecithin can be extracted from egg yolk. Fluid lecithin naturally occurred in mixture form. It a mixture of phospholipids and lipids in a small amount.
Fluid lecithin id easy to handle and I stable form which used to blend vegetable oils and phospholipids. Using this fluid lecithin gives the highest quality oils. Mostly, fluid lecithin is extracted from plants. Consumers who demand clean label and familiar sources used to make processed food products preferred fluid lecithin based food products.
Fluid lecithin is used in many industries such as bakery and confectionary, animal feed, health care industry and for industrial use. Fluid lecithin also used in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry.
GMO means genetically modified plants or animals. These plants or animals have their structural DNA change via genetic engineering. But now a day’s consumer demand for clean label and organic products which are naturally grown. Non-GMO products have many benefits such as it doesn’t contain any chemicals, antibiotics, richer in nutrition, and 100% natural. Due to increasing demand for Non-GMO products in the food and beverage industry, manufactures of lecithin investing to improve the functionality of their fluid lecithin. Demand for Non-GMO fluid lecithin products is increasing.

American Lecithin Company offers a wide range of standard, refined and fractionated fluid lecithin.
There is organic fluid lecithin present in the market. As most of the North American population is health conscious and preferred to have only healthy and organic food products, demand for organic fluid lecithin is high in this region. It also has characteristics that help to Disperse and suspend powders into liquids, Control the viscosity of liquids and semi-liquids, Prevent foods from sticking to contact surfaces, Prevent adhesion of food products to one another, etc. this increases the demand for fluid lecithin in the processed food industry.
The demand for processed food is increasing the number of the working population is growing. Most of the people demand ready to eat food or easy to make foods. Consumer-ready to pay more for processed and convenience food products due to their disposable income. The growing health awareness among consumers is supporting the demand for healthy fats, which is consequently driving the growth of the global fluid lecithin market.
Our analysis will follow a modelling-based approach and triangulation methodology to estimate data covered in this report. A detailed market understanding and assessment of the applications, types, forms, and end uses of the product segments covered in the study is followed by carrying out a demand-side approach to estimate the sales of target product segments, which is then cross-referenced with a supply-side assessment of value generated over a pre-defined period.
The statistics and data are collected at a regional level, consolidated and synthesized at a global level to estimate the overall market sizes.
